What is Angeline’s policy on returns and exchanges?

Every product is very carefully reviewed and audited by our internal Quality control team before dispatch

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.

Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 5-7 business days for delivery from the date of order. 

How do I track my order?

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. An e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information. What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including Pin code/Zip Code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

We accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option, UPI (across major banks) and Cash on Delivery too

Yes, we do take bulk orders for gifting. We specialize in mehendi giveaways, wedding takeaway gift & corporate gifting.
